extensive experience with the following: monthly income,rental history,
criminal background,debts, evacuation history, monthly income and stability
in comparison to the rent.

determining the terms and conditions of the rental agreement with the tenant and signing.

maintaining the property.

available for the tenant 24/7.
Most maintenance repairs are done by our in house team, not subcontracted, allowing a
significant decrease in maintenance expenses and immediate response to the tenants.
The company’s average occupancy is at 95% due to long term contracts,
maintaining tenants who comply with the contract terms, quick response service to
any problem, efficient collection of the rent and maintaining constant communication
with the tenants.
The evacuation process of a tenant who has not met his payment takes 35 days from the day
the process begins and is escorted by the company’s lawyer in accordance to the laws and
regulations of the state.
The management department is responsible for turning in quarterly reports to the
investors no later than 30 days after the end of that quarter.
The management team makes all necessary city and property tax payments as needed.
