Joint Investment Option
This option focuses on multi-family housing such as complex buildings (tens of units and up).
It is designed for an investor or group of investors who are interested in purchasing assets
together with the company. These assets proceed an average annual ROI of 12%-17% net.
The average ROI in this option is 15% net annually for the investor
The purchase price of these assets are lower than market value due to TPI’s involvement with
the local real estate market. We have access to these assets before they hit the open market. After renovating and improving the property/ies, there is an additional option for profit by
either selling or refinancing.
In this option, the investor or group of investors provide 30% of the required capital,
yet hold a 50% share in the total project, as TPI fully handles all loans and mortgage matters relating to that project.
In this option, the company is a full parter with the investor or group of investors and therefor
the company does not charge any selling, management and maintenance fees.

Renovation and improvement process of the property.

Increasing the percentage of occupancy as well as the rent accordingly.
