This option is designed for investors who are looking for a simple yet stable, guaranteed investment.

 

The average ROI in this option is 10% net annually for the investor

 

The company guarantees the investment at a minimum ROI of 7% net annually.

This means that if the asset fails to proceed a minimum of 7% ROI, the company goes out of pocket to pay the investor the difference.

The purchase price of an asset is lower than market value, allowing additional options for higher profit at the time of selling the asset in the future.

Minimum investment in this option varies between $40,000 to $50,000.

The company is responsible for construction work throughout the first year, therefor there are no maintenance expenses during the first year.

This option is a 5 year contract where upon the the completion of the 5 year period,

the investor has an option to sell the asset in the open market with the escort and guidance of TPI.

If the market does not allow ideal conditions for selling at the time, the investor has an option of extending the contract.

The company escorts the investor throughout the following steps: purchasing an asset, renting it out, maintaining it at the highest level and selling it at ideal terms once the market allows it.

aspects in the US.
